The door to apartment 1 can be found on Lower Bethesda Street.
At the apartment door - Place the whole of your hand over the black screen, this will wake it up, it will then show LED numbers. Key in your apartment code, then press star *, turn the door knob 90'degrees and enter. Please note if you enter an incorrect code 3 times, the key pad will auto-lock for 3 minutes.
[checkout] => *Check out is at 10am, the housekeeper will be on site at 10am, if you have not left on time, she may need to come in and start cleaning, to be ready for following bookings.
*Late check out - only when booked and paid for in advance - You can pay £18 extra for a late 12.00 mid-day checkout, guest not leaving in reasonable time may be charged £18 for a late checkout.
*Please can you leave all wet towels in the bathroom. *Make sure all windows are closed.
*Either remove full bin bags to the outside bin (in the car park) or please leave bin bags in the bin, not on the floor.
*Also please make sure all doors are closed and secured behind you, guests are welcome to use the back/car park door to unload and load their cars, however the last person out of your group MUST shut and turn the lock on the back door from inside the building, then leave by the front door. Leaving the building secure.
Lastly please note that Jasper Street is a one way street, therefore turn right as you drive out of the car park, and please close the gates behind you.

After payment is made a series of automated actions will occur, via a secure online PMS - Property Management System called Tokeet. You will initially have to agree to their terms and conditions to use the signable contract.
1) Read through our Terms and Conditions - House Rules, sign the on line contract.
2) To prevent or detect credit card fraud the person paying for the booking is required to forward a photo ID of either their drivers licence, passport or other photo ID using the link provided.
3) Once you have actioned the above you will be sent a link to access a guest portal specifically for you, giving comprehensive information on your apartment. Location, Access instructions, Check in - Check out details, plus much more.
On booking, you will be asked to agree & sign our house rules below (T & C’s) as a binding contract.
To ensure that all of our guests, our neighbours and future guests have the best possible experience, we have some simple, standard, common sense house rules.
No Smoking In The Apartment - All of our apartments are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
Please Be Mindful Of Your Noise - We don't expect our guests to be silent, however, as sound can travel a long way, please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
Group Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
Local Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
No Parties - Out of respect to our other guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you hold a party, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
No Illegal Activities - Whether it is providing a 'personal' service, or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity, If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
Please Leave The Apartment & Communal Areas Tidy - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition when you depart. Make sure the furniture is left where you found it and please do your own washing up, take out excess rubbish to the large bin in the carpark, bottles, takeaway food boxes, etc, before you leave the apartment.
Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Sofa Beds, Extra Bedding - Extra bedding is provided, if you have paid for 4 or more guests a double fitted base sheet, a double quilt, 2 x pillows and cases, can be found in the sofa bed storage, along with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. If you have paid for only 2 guests and you use the extra bedding or towels you will incur an additional service charge. Also please note, leaving stained towels and stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
No Pets - We are huge pet lovers, however we recognise and respect that some people are not or could be allergic to them, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your beloved pets into any of our apartments.
Additional Damage Charges - We hope you agree that these house rules are to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay. However, in the case where the House Rules aren't adhered to, we reserve the right to make specific additional damage charges (as below) and in extreme cases, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.

Radiators - The controls are touch sensitive, tap on the blank screen and the LED panel will wake, use the up or down buttons to change the temperature. Please do not block the vents as this will damage the radiator.
Hob and Oven - Make sure cooker is switched on at the wall socket, orange switch by hob.
Instructions for the hob - To turn on the hob, find 4 touch pads in the lower right hand corner of the hob, press the top right hand button and hold until you hear the beep, which unlocks the hob. To switch the hob on press the lower right button for 2 seconds, the 4 cooking displays will show 0, press one of the corresponding hob buttons and then press the + plus sign to bring heat to desired temperature, to reduce temperature press the - minus sign. When you have finished using the hob press bottom right hand button to switch off.
Instructions for the Oven - Turn the controller on the left to grill or oven, turn the controller on the right to the desired temperature, then press okay
Smart TV -Turn on with the red button on the remote control, press guide button, then follow the on screen instructions.
Shower Unit - make sure the orange switch just outside the bathroom door is switched to ‘ON’. When in shower cubicle - press the lower button to “on” which will start the water flow, turn knob to adjust heat.
Extra Bedding - Extra Bedding - There are two spare pillows in the wardrobe for the main bed if needed. The bedding for the sofa bed can be found in the sofa bed storage compartment. Sofa Bed - To open - Remove back cushions, lift the front of the 2 seat part of the sofa, its on hydraulic struts so it’s easy to move, then fold down the back black part of sofa to make the double bed when combined with the lounger/foot rest part of sofa.

After payment is made a series of automated actions will occur, via a secure online PMS - Property Management System called Tokeet. You will initially have to agree to their terms and conditions to use the signable contract.
1) Read through our Terms and Conditions - House Rules, sign the on line contract.
2) To prevent or detect credit card fraud the person paying for the booking is required to forward a photo ID of either their drivers licence, passport or other photo ID using the link provided.
3) Once you have actioned the above you will be sent a link to access a guest portal specifically for you, giving comprehensive information on your apartment. Location, Access instructions, Check in - Check out details, plus much more.
On booking, you will be asked to agree & sign our house rules below (T & C’s) as a binding contract.
To ensure that all of our guests, our neighbours and future guests have the best possible experience, we have some simple, standard, common sense house rules.
No Smoking In The Apartment - All of our apartments are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
Please Be Mindful Of Your Noise - We don't expect our guests to be silent, however, as sound can travel a long way, please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
Group Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
Local Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
No Parties - Out of respect to our other guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you hold a party, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
No Illegal Activities - Whether it is providing a 'personal' service, or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity, If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
Please Leave The Apartment & Communal Areas Tidy - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition when you depart. Make sure the furniture is left where you found it and please do your own washing up, take out excess rubbish to the large bin in the carpark, bottles, takeaway food boxes, etc, before you leave the apartment.
Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Sofa Beds, Extra Bedding - Extra bedding is provided, if you have paid for 4 or more guests a double fitted base sheet, a double quilt, 2 x pillows and cases, can be found in the sofa bed storage, along with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. If you have paid for only 2 guests and you use the extra bedding or towels you will incur an additional service charge. Also please note, leaving stained towels and stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
No Pets - We are huge pet lovers, however we recognise and respect that some people are not or could be allergic to them, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your beloved pets into any of our apartments.
Additional Damage Charges - We hope you agree that these house rules are to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay. However, in the case where the House Rules aren't adhered to, we reserve the right to make specific additional damage charges (as below) and in extreme cases, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.

Radiators - The controls are touch sensitive, tap on the blank screen and the LED panel will wake, use the up or down buttons to change the temperature. Please do not block the vents as this will damage the radiator.
Hob and Oven - Make sure cooker is switched on at the wall socket, orange switch by hob.
Instructions for the hob - To turn on the hob, find 4 touch pads in the lower right hand corner of the hob, press the top right hand button and hold until you hear the beep, which unlocks the hob. To switch the hob on press the lower right button for 2 seconds, the 4 cooking displays will show 0, press one of the corresponding hob buttons and then press the + plus sign to bring heat to desired temperature, to reduce temperature press the - minus sign. When you have finished using the hob press bottom right hand button to switch off.
Instructions for the Oven - Turn the controller on the left to grill or oven, turn the controller on the right to the desired temperature, then press okay
Smart TV -Turn on with the red button on the remote control, press guide button, then follow the on screen instructions.
Shower Unit - make sure the orange switch just outside the bathroom door is switched to ‘ON’. When in shower cubicle - press the lower button to “on” which will start the water flow, turn knob to adjust heat.
Extra Bedding - Extra Bedding - There are two spare pillows in the wardrobe for the main bed if needed. The bedding for the sofa bed can be found in the sofa bed storage compartment. (in the foot lounger part) Please note, leaving stained towels or stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
Sofa Bed - To open - Remove back cushions, lift the front of the 2 seat part of the sofa, its on hydraulic struts so it’s easy to move, then fold down the back black part of sofa to make the double bed when combined with the lounger/foot rest part of sofa.

Once you have entered the building and your apartment you are welcome to use the carpark door to un-load - load your car, but please be aware, both the Front Door and Car Park Doors have a strong self closing mechanism, in order to keep the building secure, please keep your phone or the key codes on your person, don't lock your self out!!
The Car Park - Can be found off Jasper Street, it has limited parking spaces, therefore we can not guarantee you a space and ask guests to park only one car per apartment booking in the car park, thus giving other guest an opportunity to have one free space also. You will find free on street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building.
The Car Park Gate - found to the left of the main building is not locked, please lift the bolts as you open the gates so as not to scrape the tarmac, also please ensure you close and bolt them each time you enter or leave the car park to discourage non residents from illegal parking!

On booking, you will be asked to agree & sign our house rules below (T & C’s) as a binding contract.
To ensure that all of our guests, our neighbours and future guests have the best possible experience, we have some simple, standard, common sense house rules.
No Smoking In The Apartment - All of our apartments are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
Please Be Mindful Of Your Noise - We don't expect our guests to be silent, however, as sound can travel a long way, please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
Group Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
Local Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
No Parties - Out of respect to our other guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you hold a party, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
No Illegal Activities - Whether it is providing a 'personal' service, or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity, If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. Please Leave The Apartment & Communal Areas Tidy - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition when you depart. Make sure the furniture is left where you found it and please do your own washing up, take out excess rubbish to the large bin in the carpark, bottles, takeaway food boxes, etc, before you leave the apartment.
Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Sofa Beds, Extra Bedding - Extra bedding is provided, if you have paid for 4 or more guests a double fitted base sheet, a double quilt, 2 x pillows and cases, can be found in the sofa bed storage, along with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. If you have paid for only 2 guests and you use the extra bedding or towels you will incur an additional service charge. Also please note, leaving stained towels and stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
No Pets - We are huge pet lovers, however we recognise and respect that some people are not or could be allergic to them, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your beloved pets into any of our apartments.
Additional Damage Charges - We hope you agree that these house rules are to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay. Radiators - The controls are touch sensitive, tap on the blank screen and the LED panel will wake, use the up or down buttons to change the temperature. Please do not block the vents as this will damage the radiator.

The Car Park - Can be found off Jasper Street, it has limited parking spaces, therefore we can not guarantee you a space and ask guests to park only one car per apartment booking in the car park, thus giving other guest an opportunity to have one free space also. You will find free on street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building.
The Car Park Gate - found to the left of the main building is not locked, please lift the bolts as you open the gates so as not to scrape the tarmac, also please ensure you close and bolt them each time you enter or leave the car park to discourage non residents from illegal parking!

Once you have entered the building and your apartment you are welcome to use the carpark door to un-load - load your car, but please be aware, both the Front Door and Car Park Doors have a strong self closing mechanism, in order to keep the building secure, please keep your phone or the key codes on your person, don't lock your self out!!
The Car Park - Can be found off Jasper Street, it has limited parking spaces, therefore we can not guarantee you a space and ask guests to park only one car per apartment booking in the car park, thus giving other guest an opportunity to have one free space also. You will find free on street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building.
The Car Park Gate - found to the left of the main building is not locked, please lift the bolts as you open the gates so as not to scrape the tarmac, also please ensure you close and bolt them each time you enter or leave the car park to discourage non residents from illegal parking!
[checkout] => *Check out is at 10am, the housekeeper will be on site at 10am, if you have not left on time, she may need to come in and start cleaning, to be ready for following bookings.
*Late check out - only when booked and paid for in advance - You can pay £18 extra for a late 12.00 mid-day checkout, guest not leaving in reasonable time may be charged £18 for a late checkout.

Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Sofa Beds, Extra Bedding - Extra bedding is provided, if you have paid for 4 or more guests a double fitted base sheet, a double quilt, 2 x pillows and cases, can be found in the sofa bed storage, along with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Instructions for the hob - To turn on the hob, find 4 touch pads in the lower right hand corner of the hob, press the top right hand button and hold until you hear the beep, which unlocks the hob. Radiators - The controls are touch sensitive, tap on the blank screen and the LED panel will wake, use the up or down buttons to change the temperature. Please do not block the vents as this will damage the radiator.
Hob and Oven - Make sure cooker is switched on at the wall socket, orange switch by hob.
Instructions for the hob - To turn on the hob, find 4 touch pads in the lower right hand corner of the hob, press the top right hand button and hold until you hear the beep, which unlocks the hob. To switch the hob on press the lower right button for 2 seconds, the 4 cooking displays will show 0, press one of the corresponding hob buttons and then press the + plus sign to bring heat to desired temperature, to reduce temperature press the - minus sign. When you have finished using the hob press bottom right hand button to switch off.
Instructions for the Oven - Turn the controller on the left to grill or oven, turn the controller on the right to the desired temperature, then press okay

At the apartment door - Place the whole of your hand over the black screen, this will wake it up, it will then show LED numbers. Key in your apartment code, then press star *, turn the door knob 90' degrees and enter. Please note if you enter an incorrect code 3 times, the key pad will auto-lock for 3 minutes. Your apartment code will be sent to you prior to arrival.
Once you have entered the building and your apartment you are welcome to use the carpark door to un-load - load your car, but please be aware, both the Front Door and Car Park Doors have a strong self closing mechanism, in order to keep the building secure, please keep your phone or the key codes on your person, don't lock your self out!!
The Car Park - Can be found off Jasper Street, it has limited parking spaces, therefore we can not guarantee you a space and ask guests to park only one car per apartment booking in the car park, thus giving other guest an opportunity to have one free space also. You will find free on street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building.
The Car Park Gate - found to the left of the main building is not locked, please lift the bolts as you open the gates so as not to scrape the tarmac, also please ensure you close and bolt them each time you enter or leave the car park to discourage non residents from illegal parking!
[checkout] => *Check out is at 10am, the housekeeper will be on site at 10am, if you have not left on time, she may need to come in and start cleaning, to be ready for following bookings.
*Late check out - only when booked and paid for in advance - You can pay £20 extra for a late 12.00 mid-day checkout, guest not leaving in reasonable time may be charged £20 for a late checkout.
*Please can you leave all wet towels in the bathroom. *Make sure all windows are closed.
*Either remove full bin bags to the outside bin (in the car park) or please leave bin bags in the bin, not on the floor.
*Also please make sure all doors are closed and secured behind you, guests are welcome to use the back/car park door to unload and load their cars, however the last person out of your group MUST shut and turn the lock on the back door from inside the building, then leave by the front door. Leaving the building secure.
Lastly please note that Jasper Street is a one way street, therefore turn right as you drive out of the car park, and please close the gates behind you.

No Smoking In The Apartment - All of our apartments are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
Please Be Mindful Of Your Noise - We don't expect our guests to be silent, however, as sound can travel a long way, please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
Group Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.

No Parties - Out of respect to our other guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you hold a party, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
No Illegal Activities - Whether it is providing a 'personal' service, or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity, If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. Please Leave The Apartment & Communal Areas Tidy - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition when you depart. Make sure the furniture is left where you found it and please do your own washing up, take out excess rubbish to the large bin in the carpark, bottles, takeaway food boxes, etc, before you leave the apartment.
Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Sofa Beds, Extra Bedding - Extra bedding is provided, if you have paid for 4 or more guests a double fitted base sheet, a double quilt, 2 x pillows and cases, can be found in the sofa bed storage, along with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. If you have paid for only 2 guests and you use the extra bedding or towels you will incur an additional service charge. Also please note, leaving stained towels and stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
No Pets - We are huge pet lovers, however we recognise and respect that some people are not or could be allergic to them, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your beloved pets into any of our apartments.
Additional Damage Charges - We hope you agree that these house rules are to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay. However, in the case where the House Rules aren't adhered to, we reserve the right to make specific additional damage charges (as below) and in extreme cases, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. Radiators - The controls are touch sensitive, tap on the blank screen and the LED panel will wake, use the up or down buttons to change the temperature. Please do not block the vents as this will damage the radiator.
Hob and Oven - Make sure cooker is switched on at the wall socket, orange switch by hob.
Instructions for the hob - To turn on the hob, find 4 touch pads in the lower right hand corner of the hob, press the top right hand button and hold until you hear the beep, which unlocks the hob. To switch the hob on press the lower right button for 2 seconds, the 4 cooking displays will show 0, press one of the corresponding hob buttons and then press the + plus sign to bring heat to desired temperature, to reduce temperature press the - minus sign. When you have finished using the hob press bottom right hand button to switch off.
Instructions for the Oven - Turn the controller on the left to grill or oven, turn the controller on the right to the desired temperature, then press okay
Smart TV -Turn on with the red button on the remote control, press guide button, then follow the on screen instructions.
Shower Unit - make sure the orange switch just outside the bathroom door is switched to ‘ON’. When in shower cubicle - press the lower button to “on” which will start the water flow, turn knob to adjust heat.
Extra Bedding - There are two spare pillows in the wardrobe for the main bed if needed. The bedding for the sofa bed can be found in the sofa bed storage compartment. (in the foot lounger part) Please note, leaving stained towels or stains on the bedding that will not wash out will incur a damage charge.
Sofa Bed - To open - Remove back cushions, lift the front of the 2 seat part of the sofa, its on hydraulic struts so it’s easy to move, then fold down the back black part of sofa to make the double bed when combined with the lounger/foot rest part of sofa.

The Smithfield Apartments are a 24/7 self service, walk in - walk out concept. There are no meet & greet staff on site though you may see the housekeepers and maintenance team in the daytime. To ensure that all of our guests, our neighbours and future guests have the best possible experience, we have some simple, standard, common sense house rules.
No Smoking In The Apartment - All of our apartments are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
Please Be Mindful Of Your Noise - We don't expect our guests to be silent, however, as sound can travel a long way, please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
Group Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
Local Bookings - Only taken with prior agreement.
No Parties - Out of respect to our other guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you hold a party, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
No Illegal Activities - Whether it is providing a 'personal' service, or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity, If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. There will be no refund.
Please Leave The Apartment & Communal Areas Tidy - Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition when you depart. Make sure the furniture is left where you found it and please do your own washing up, take out excess rubbish to the large bin in the carpark, bottles, takeaway food boxes, etc, before you leave the apartment.
Interim Clean For Longer Stays - If your stay is for longer than a couple of weeks our cleaning team will pop round to freshen the property up for you. We'll agree a convenient time with you to carry out this interim clean.
Accidents - We all know that accidents happen and things may go missing from time to time. We kindly ask you report any breakages/faulty appliances, anything missing from the inventory etc. as soon as possible so they can be fixed/replaced as soon as possible.
Damage - We hope that all of our guests respect our apartments and furniture, however sometimes this is not the case. If there is excessive damage to an apartment, its equipment or furniture, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement.

However, in the case where the House Rules aren't adhered to, we reserve the right to make specific additional damage charges (as below) and in extreme cases, you will be evicted by our security team, the cost of which will be incurred by yourself. [checkin] => *Check in is from 3pm, key codes for the smart LED keyless locks will be sent via email and text on the day of your arrival.

The apartment block stands prominently on the corners of Lower Bethesda Street and Jasper Street. ST1 3DE.
The door to the Main Building, Apartments 2 to 9 can be found on Jasper street, under “The Smithfield Apartments’ sign.
The door to apartment 1 can be found on Lower Bethesda Street.
Push in the code, which will be sent to you prior to arrival and open the door. If you wish to lock the door once inside you can deadlock the front door by turning the thumb turn euro lock.
Once you have entered the building and your apartment you are welcome to use the carpark door to un-load - load your car, but please be aware, both the Front Door and Car Park Doors have a strong self closing mechanism, in order to keep the building secure, please keep your phone or the key codes on your person, don't lock your self out!!
The Car Park - Can be found off Jasper Street, it has limited parking spaces, therefore we can not guarantee you a space and ask guests to park only one car per apartment booking in the car park, thus giving other guest an opportunity to have one free space also. You will find free on street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building.
The Car Park Gate - found to the left of the main building is not locked, please lift the bolts as you open the gates so as not to scrape the tarmac, also please ensure you close and bolt them each time you enter or leave the car park to discourage non residents from illegal parking!
[checkout] => *Check out is at 10am, the housekeeper will be on site after 10.15, if you have not left on time, she may need to come in and start cleaning, to be ready for following bookings.
*Late check out - only when booked and paid for in advance - You can pay £30 extra for a late 12.00 mid-day checkout, guest not leaving in reasonable time may be charged £30 for a late checkout.
*Please can you leave all wet towels in the bathroom.
*Make sure all windows are closed.
*Either remove full bin bags to the outside bin (in the car park) or please leave bin bags in the bin, not on the floor.
*Also please make sure all doors are closed and secured behind you, guests are welcome to use the back/car park door to unload and load their cars.
Lastly please note that Jasper Street is a one way street, therefore turn right as you drive out of the car park, and please close the gates behind you.
